A new build block of apartments in Islington. Sam Stork successfully took the project through a gruelling planning process. The apartments take the place of a redundant factory building and follow its form.
Listed buildings
SSA have worked on numerous listed buildings and have successfully negotiated listed building consent.
We work closely with James le May an expert on the restoration of old buildings.
The photo above is a listed house in Lymington which we added the bay window and a small wing to the kitchen on the right hand side. We are continuing to work on this house with new dormer windows in the roof and roof repairs in hand currently.
